Who is responsible for your information

Helen Fraser is the data controller for personal information collected through this website and in the course of coaching, training and development work.

What is collected

When you send an enquiry, you provide the following:

• Your name
• Your email address
• Your telephone number, if you choose to give one
• The service you are interested in and the message you write

Why it is held

Your details are used only to reply to your enquiry, to arrange a discovery conversation, and to deliver any work that follows. There is no marketing list and your information is never sold or passed to third parties for their own purposes.

Coaching records

Notes taken during coaching sessions are kept securely and are not shared with an employer or sponsor without your explicit agreement. Every conversation is entered into in the spirit of absolute confidentiality.

How long it is kept

Enquiry details are retained for up to twenty four months, and client records for the period required to meet legal and accounting obligations, after which they are securely deleted.

Your rights

You may ask to see the information held about you, to have it corrected, or to have it erased. Send your request through the contact form and it will be answered within one month. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office.
