Terms and Conditions

Clear expectations on both sides make for better work. These are the terms that apply to this website and to engagements with Helen Fraser.

Using this website

The content of this website is provided for general information about coaching, training and development services. It does not constitute professional advice for any particular situation, and you should not rely on it as such.

Enquiries

Sending an enquiry does not create a contract. A discovery conversation is offered at no cost and with no obligation on either side.

Proposals and engagements

Every engagement is confirmed by a written proposal setting out the full scope, timings and costs. Work begins once that proposal is accepted in writing. Fees are quoted in pounds sterling and invoiced as set out in the proposal.

Cancellation and rescheduling

Sessions and workshop dates can be moved wherever possible. Where a cancellation policy applies, it is stated in the proposal so there are no surprises on either side.

Confidentiality

Information shared during coaching and training remains confidential, other than where disclosure is required by law or where there is a serious risk of harm.

Intellectual property

Workshop materials, models and written content remain the property of Helen Fraser and may be used by participants for their own learning, not for resale or wider redistribution.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
