Personal coaching

A confidential conversation that moves you forward

Coaching for leaders, managers and private clients. The agenda is yours, the conversation stays between us, and the outcome is something you can act on.

Four kinds of coaching conversation, all completely confidential

Inside the coaching

01

Developing self awareness

Understanding the impact you have on others

Self awareness is the foundation of everything else. Coaching creates the space to see your own patterns clearly, to understand how your style lands with other people, and to choose how you show up rather than react.

Profiling tools such as MBTI and FIRO B are often used early on, as a way in to the conversation rather than a label to live with.

02

Career and life development

Thinking clearly about what comes next

Whether you are weighing a move, returning after a break or quietly wondering whether this is still the right path, coaching gives you a structured place to think it through with someone who has no agenda of their own.

Sessions work at your pace, and nothing is decided for you. The aim is clarity you can act on.

03

One to one coaching

A focused series built entirely around your agenda

Most coaching runs as a series of sessions over several months, in person or online. You set the agenda each time and the work stays completely confidential.

Many clients come through their organisation; others come privately. Either way, the content of the conversation belongs to you alone.

04

Leadership challenges

Board and senior leaders working through live issues

Senior leadership can be an isolating place to make decisions. Executive coaching gives you a trusted thinking partner for the situations you cannot easily discuss inside the organisation.

Typical themes include leading through change, difficult relationships at board level, confidence and presence, and building a team you can genuinely rely on.
