Four ways to build the skills your managers use every day

Inside the training

01

Leadership development

Moving managers from capable to genuinely trusted

Leadership programmes are built around the challenges your managers are facing right now, not a generic competency framework. Sessions cover setting direction, building trust, holding people to account with respect, and leading through change.

Programmes usually run as a series of half or full day workshops with coaching in between, so that learning is applied and tested in the business rather than left in the room.

02

Core management skills

The practical craft of managing people well

Workshops cover appraisals, giving and receiving feedback, recruitment and selection, managing performance, delegation and Train the Trainer.

Each session is highly interactive, using real scenarios brought by the delegates so that people leave with language they can use the same week.

03

Influencing skills

Persuasion, presence and difficult conversations

People are often expected to influence without authority. These sessions build the confidence and the technique to make a clear case, read the room and hold a difficult conversation without damaging the relationship.

Where it helps, personality profiling is used so that delegates understand how their natural style lands with others.

04

Team building and development

Turning a group of individuals into one working team

Team sessions surface what is genuinely getting in the way, whether that is unclear roles, unspoken tension or simply a team that has never had the chance to understand one another.

MBTI and FIRO B are used where they add real value, always in service of the conversation rather than as the point of the day.
