Colleagues reflecting together during a development conversation

Developing self awareness and understanding your impact

Understanding how you land with other people, and then being able to choose it rather than hope for it.

Profiling

MBTI or FIRO B, with a full personal debrief

Format

One to one sessions following the debrief

Delivery

In person in the UK, or online

The thinking

Most people have a reasonably accurate view of their intentions and a much less accurate view of their effect. The gap between the two is where careers stall and relationships get stuck.

This work closes the gap. Profiling gives you language for your preferences, and the coaching turns that into choices you can actually make in a meeting on Tuesday.

What it covers

The part people remember afterwards

01

A clear picture of your style

What comes naturally, what costs you energy and what others experience when you are under pressure.

02

Language for your preferences

MBTI and FIRO B are used where they help, with a full personal debrief rather than a report left on a desk.

03

Choosing your response

Noticing your habitual reaction early enough to do something different with it.

04

Better relationships at work

Adapting to people who are wired differently without pretending to be somebody else.

Who it is for

You will recognise yourself here

  • 01Leaders who have had surprising feedback
  • 02People who connect easily with some colleagues and never with others
  • 03Anyone preparing for a bigger or more visible role
  • 04Teams where individual debriefs support a group session

Where this is delivered

Sessions run face to face anywhere in the United Kingdom, from London and the South East to the Midlands, the North and Scotland, at your offsite venue or your own offices.

Where teams are spread across sites, time zones or countries, the same work runs online in shorter, focused sessions, so nobody is left listening in from the edge of a room.
