Executive coaching for the challenges you cannot take to the team

A confidential hour with someone who has no agenda in your organisation, where the live problem can be thought about properly rather than performed.

All Personal Coaching

Format

A series of one to one sessions, usually six or more

Rhythm

Typically every three to four weeks

Delivery

In person in the UK, or online internationally

The thinking

The higher you go, the fewer people you can think out loud in front of. Board and senior leaders often carry the hardest decisions entirely alone, which is exactly when judgement narrows.

Executive coaching gives that thinking somewhere to go. Sessions are built around whatever is live: a restructure, a difficult relationship at board level, a decision that keeps being deferred, or the question of whether you still want the job you have.

What it covers

The part people remember afterwards

01

Clearer decisions

Space to separate the real question from the noise around it before you commit.

02

Honest reflection

Someone who will say the thing your team will not, and hold the conversation kindly.

03

Steadier under pressure

Practical ways to lead through uncertainty without absorbing all of it yourself.

04

Complete confidentiality

Conversations stay between the two people having them. Nothing is reported to a sponsor without your explicit agreement.

Where coaching takes place

Coaching happens in person across the United Kingdom, at your offices, a quiet neutral venue or somewhere away from the building entirely.

For leaders based overseas or travelling constantly, sessions run online, and have done so successfully with international clients for years.
